The Call. We live in a day and age when many American Christians have lost their fervent love for Christ. There’s no desire to pray (individually or corporately), praise, or proselytize (witness). There’s no longing to follow (Christ), fellowship (with God or others), or fan the flame (of the Holy Spirit). It’s in this situation that God is calling with a sense of urgency, trying to wake a slumbering church and an indifferent bride. He is calling us to rededicate ourselves to a Christ-like standard of living -- a holy, honest, loving, sacrificial, and trusting relationship with Him. He sent His Son so that we might be able to answer the call. Will you?
